Leadership
The YMCA functions as a partnership between volunteers and staff. Volunteers on boards and committees determine major programs, priorities, and policies. Staff and program volunteers carry out those programs, priorities, and policies under the leadership of the President and CEO.
More than 50 volunteers serve on the Board of Directors, Board of Trustees and Committees. The members of the Board of Directors are:
