New Running Team: YMCA Endurance

The Y Running Club is taking a new shape! Formerly a Wednesday morning running time, the YMCA Endurance Running Team is designed to offer training plans, alternate training days, support and team spirit. Open to Y members only. All running levels welcome! SERIOUSLY!!! This is a great opportunity to make some friends and be a part of a team atmosphere again.
