The Duluth Y prides itself in offering you diverse, effective, & fun class programming. We take great care in ensuring that we offer classes that appeal to your mind, body, & spirit. Whether you’re a senior, teen, serious athlete, or new to group exercise--we promise to have something that inspires your motivation to move!

All group exercise classes at both the Downtown Facility & Woodland Community Center are FREE to Y members!! Members will need to sign up for the cycling, spinning & CorePole® as space & equipment is limited. To sign-up, please call 722-4745 x100, 101, or 102.

Schedules are available at the Member Service Desk or by downloading it from the website.
