W.O.W. -- Women on Weights
Each week participants will learn a variety of way to work-out each muscle group. You will leave with handouts, new exercises, & tips and strategies for proper form and technique. All classes will be one hour in length & not interchangeable. Classes are led by Personal Trainers Stephanie Jeanetta or Teresa Zupancich.

When: Mondays from 6 am - 7 am and 6 pm - 7 pm, Wednesdays 10 am - 11 am

Healthy U
This 9 week program is designed to lead you into a healthier lifestyle. Participants meet each with Personal Trainers Teresa Zupancich and Stephanie Jeanetta for 1 hour. HEALTHY U offers guidance, structure and motivation. This program will include techniques, tips, and resources to help you find balance in your life using nutrition and exercise. It will also focus on Cardio Workouts using the Zone Training method. Limit of 4 participants.
Kettlebells
Ready to develop impressive gains in strength, mobility, internal energy, work capacity, vitality AND substantial calorie burn? Then kettlebell training is for you! A 'kettlebell', or girya, is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. This is the ultimate class for extreme all-round fi tness. Must be a Duluth Y member and 18+ to participate.

This dynamic class combines all the benefits of Kettlebells along with the total-body exercises from TRX suspension training. This class is sure to give you results! Members must have completed a Kettlebells program before participating in KB & TRX Fusion.
