At the Duluth Y, you are a part of a welcoming & nurturing environment where our nationally certified Personal Trainers will coach, motivate, & inspire you to achieve the results you have always wanted! We offer both one-on-one personal training packages as well as packages where you partner up with a buddy for additional motivation & camaraderie. Whatever your goals are, we are here for you to help you grow in spirit, mind & body. Personal & Buddy Training packages are offered for Duluth Y members only & expire 6 months after purchase.

Personal Training Packages & Pricing:

  • 1 Session: $40
  • 3 Sessions: $114
  • 6 Sessions: $216
  • 12 Sessions: $408
  • 20 Sessions: $650

New clients 10% off of their first 3 or 6 session package. Valid one time only.

Buddy Training Packages & Pricing:

Buddy training consists of two members.

  • 5 Sessions: $275
  • 10 Sessions: $550

TRX

NEW! TRX minimizes your training time by using your own body weight & gravity with exercises, to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. Currently available through personal training packages or through our Kettlebells & TRX Fusion

Kettlebells

NEW! Kettlebell training will boost your energy level, reshape your body, increase your strength, & rise your metabolism. Since Kettlebell training is the ultimate workout, you'll get a total-body workout within a shorter period of time. Meet The Trainer

Each month, the Wellness Center features "Meet the Trainer" events. Personal Trainers will feature an exercise that members can incorporate into their routines to take their workouts to another level. Some featured workouts are TRX, Kettlebells, BOSU, Cross Bar, etc. This also is a great opportunity to simply meet the Duluth Y Personal Trainers if you are debating which one to hire for your Personal Trainer package.
