Initial consultations are available with our Personal Trainers at no cost. If you need some specific individualized training, program development, outside motivation and/or consistent accountability, Personal Training sessions are here for you!
Cost: $40/hour - $175 for 5 sessions
Buddy Personal Training
Join together with 1-3 others to receive all the benefits of having a certified personal trainer and a workout buddy in one low rate package.
Cost:
5 Session Cost: Two Buddies $275 / Three Buddies $350
10 Session Cost: Two Buddies $525 / Three Buddies $627
Fit 4 Life
A 10-week program that includes two Personal Training sessions per week. An individualized program will be developed focusing on behavior, fitness, nutrition & accountability.
Cost: Y Member $650 / Community $750

- How long have you lived in Duluth? "I moved back in 2007 after school and 11 years in the U.S. Navy."
- What is your dream vacation? "My travel wish list is long – but I’ve been on my dream vacation: I ran my first marathon in Antarctica and the entire trip (the other travelers, the itinerary, the sights) was amazing."
- What motivates you to be active or exercise? "I'm motivated to exercise by weather (love rain, sun, snow…but not so much the wind), excess energy and fear – even though I love it, I’ll only train l-o-n-g if I’m signed up for an event and have a reason to do it. I’ve found it’s a great excuse to travel, too!"
