Community Based Mentoring through Mentor Duluth
Matching kids with positive adult role models. Strengthened by 75 years of mentoring experience, the Mentor Duluth Collaborative matches positive adults with young people between the ages of 5-17. Mentor Duluth believes that all young people have the need for a positive adult, outside of their family, to provide support. Our mentors are asked to be a role model, guide, resource and —most importantly— a friend to their mentees. The first step in the process to becoming a mentor is setting up an initial interview with a Program Advocate of Mentor Duluth. Typically it takes 4-6 weeks to become a mentor. We have over 200 kids on the waitlist who are very excited to have mentors!
