Three players of each gender must be on the field for all plays.
• The league entry fee is $50 for the community and $45 for YMCA members. A wicking jersey will be included with your entry fee.
• The Monday league starts June 16th and ends August 25th. The playoffs will occur during the last two weeks of the season.

Racquetball- Racquetball is a sport played with racquets and a hollow rubber ball on an indoor court. It was invented by Joe Sobek in 1948 incorporating rules from squash and handball. Unlike most racquet sports (such as Tennis or Badminton), usage of the walls, floor, and ceiling of the court is considered legal in the context of the sport, rather than out-of-bounds. The game is normally played by two opposing players, though variations involving three and four players are also commonly played. Courts can be reserved two weekdays ahead of time by calling 722-4745 ext. 100. Equipment is available to borrow at our Member Service Desk. Click here to view our racquetball contact list

Handball-Handball is a sport similar to racquetball and squash. The game may be played with two, three, or four players. The important difference between it and racquetball and squash is that the players hit the ball with a gloved hand instead of a racquet. Either the left and right hand can be used, depending on where the ball is hit. This major difference is what makes handball a much more complex and difficult game. Courts can be reserved two weekdays in advance by calling the Member Service Desk at 722-4745 ext. 100

Squash-Squash is an indoor racquet sport. The game is played by two players (or four players for doubles) with 'standard' rackets in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball.
