YMCAs have played a significant role in the history of sports in America including the invention of basketball, volleyball and racquetball! At the Duluth YMCA we offer year round fitness opportunities, sports programs, and leagues including basketball, volleyball, softball, lacrosse, gymnastics, dance, racquetball, handball, pickleball, ultimate Frisbee, climbing, and more.
Adult leagues (16+) are geared towards connecting our community members together through sport. All adult sports programs are centered around the four YMCA core values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility. Spring sport leagues run from February 27th through mid-May!
Whether your child is interested in lacrosse, taekwondo, fencing, Miracle League baseball, strength and conditioning, or gymnastics, the Duluth Y has something for kids of all ages!
