YOUTH STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Is your athlete looking to excel to the next level of play? With over 15 years of combined experience as a functional trainer, Division One college athlete, and former professional football player, Antonio O’Neil’s goal is to help bring out the best in up and coming athletes. These progressive training sessions will provide sport specific strength and conditioning for middle school and high school athletes here at the Downtown YMCA. Athletes will increase their agility, speed, strength, and power throughout this seven week session.
