Exercise Schedule

All group exercise classes (except Specialty Classes) at the Downtown, Woodland, and Beach House locations are FREE to Y members. Some classes require pre-registration.

Aerobic and Strength Classes
Motivating, enthusiastic, and energy-packed instructors will lead you in classes that consist of a variety of cardiovascular activities designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
Mind and Body Classes
Focusing improving your flexibility, strength and balance while enhancing your posture, coordination and mental focus. Mind and Body classes provide a relaxed atmosphere to relieve stress and feel great.
Specialty Classes
Using top of the line equipment and popular workout programs, Specialty Classes combine the perks of personal training with the benefit of the cost for being part of a small group.
