Kettlebell & TRX Fusion
This dynamic class combines all the benefits of Kettlebells along with the total-body exercises from TRX suspension training. This class is sure to give you results! Members must have completed a Kettlebells program before participating in KB & TRX Fusion.
TRX Explosion is a trendy small-group training program with one of the Y’s Certified Personal Trainers. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original bodyweight-based training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Because every workout is powered by the torso, the TRX works to build that needed core strength. All TRX exercises create an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination. Great for all fitness levels!
Run For Life
Run for Life is a running group where members will have a social network offering accountability and support. Run For Life offers inside and outside training runs, cross-training with specialty equipment such as Kettlebells and TRX, training calendar, running seminars from on form and gear, and opportunities to run in local races. Select from two training groups depending on your personal goals.
