Get ready for your summer races with the Y!  Jason Kask and Caro Linn are here to help you train to cross that finish line in 2017! The three group runs each week will be geared toward June races helping all runners increase their mileage safely and effectively!
5k Training
Y RUN?! SUMMER RUNNING GROUP  Road and Trail Running Group The Y Run Group is a fun group designed to get people together to explore different areas of Duluth by running a mix of trails and roads. Kettlebells Kettlebell training is a fat-blasting, calorie-burning, whole body workout in just 30 minutes! Perfect balance of strength and cardio; quick and effective! Led by a certified Personal Trainer. Tai Ji Quan
NEW! Moving for Better Balance Workshop Tai Ji Quan is a falls prevention program derived from traditional Tai Chi movements and enhanced as a therapeutic practice to help older adults improve balance, coordination and postural control. This tailored workshop is led by trained coaches who guide people in learning a core eight-form routine and eight therapeutic movements from the Tai Chi Yang-style. By the end of 12-weeks, participants report improved cognitive and physical functional abilities and reduced incidence of falls.
