Included in the party
Every party includes two hours of fun at the Y or the Woodland Community Center! The birthday child and nine guests will be led by a trained staff person in activities in the area of your choice. Plus you get a meal, beverages and a sweet treat. Don't worry about decorations and paper products-we'll take care of that too. Just show up, ready to party!
Party Themes
Ice Skating Party
This party is held at the ice skating rink at Woodland Community Center. The host will supervise children for an hour of ice skating, then end the party with Erberts and Gerberts sandwiches, juice, and cupcakes in a warm and decorated party room!
Pool Party
Make a splash with a birthday bash! Our lifeguards and birthday party host will supervise children for an hour of free swim and fun games in our pools and then end the party with Erberts and Gerberts sandwiches, juice, and cupcakes in a decorated party room!
Pirate Pool Party
Start in the birthday part room for some pirate grub, drinks, and cupcakes. Hunt for hidden treasure at Y Island! You'll get a map - X marks the spot! A 1/2 hour treasure hunt ending with pool time and sunken treasure will make this party unforgettable! Participants should wear their swim suits underneath their clothes for an easy transition to the pool.
Gym & Swim Party
Start in the party room for food, cupcakes and juice. Then, our staff will lead the birthday party child and guests through a 1/2 hour of group games in the gym. Cool off with a dip in the pool for a 1/2 hour of swimming, free play, or games at the end of the party. Children should wear their swimsuits underneath their clothes to lessen transition time.
Gymnastics Party
One of our gymnastics coaches will lead your child and guests through an hour and 15 minutes of gymnastics. Your little gymnasts will get to try all elements of gymnastics including the floor, beam, bars, and tumble track! No gymnastics experience is necessary. The kids will have so much fun they're sure to "flip"! Following the gymnastics, we will provide food, cupcakes, and juice in the party room.
Gym Party
Group games such as variations of tag, parachute games, dodgeball, Gaga, and more will be played in the gym for an hour and 15 minutes with one of our birthday party hosts. Following, the birthday party child and guests will get 45 minutes in the party room for food, drinks, cupcakes, and presents.
Sports Party
Your little athlete and their friends will play hard and learn at the Y! The athlete and their special guests can mix and match between t-ball, basketball, soccer, kickball, football, or volleyball for an hour and 15 minutes and then spend 45 minutes in the party room for food, cupcakes, and presents.
Princess Party
Once upon a time, there was a princess who ruled the kindom. Your princess will love her big day. Invite all your guests to wear a princess gown. We will supply sashes, jewelry, tiaras, nail polish, hair supplies, and make-up. Eat sandwiches and princess cupcakes from our Princess tea set, sing and dance along with the Disney princesses, and participate in princess theme arts & crafts.
Dance Party
Our staff will work with the party child to choose music and a style of dance for his or her birthday party choreography. The dance instructor will teach the kids moves and let them incorporate their own moves into a fun birthday party dance routine. Time for goofy songs, games, and dance will be included. After the party, guests will be fed sandwiches, cupcakes, and juice while watching the birthday child open presents.
Nerf Attack Party
Bring your own dart toys and friends and get ready for an all-out birthday battle! Staff will set up obstacles and forts and you can play such games as capture the flag, King of the Hill, and team elimination. Following the games, we will provide sandwhiches, juice, and cupcakes in the party room.

Please stop by or call the Member Service Desk at 722-4745 x100. A deposit of $25 is required to reserve the party and reservations must be made two weeks in advance.
