At YMCA Little Treasures we believe all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve.
We provide quality, individualized attention to each child. Children are cared for in a warm, loving and educational environment that includes qualified teachers, assistant teachers, and volunteers. We utilize creative curriculum and a focus on early literacy to ensure each child is kindergarten ready. In addition, daily contact between parents and teachers builds strong relationships and a network of support for our families.

Family Support Services
By focusing on the health and wellness of the entire family, we are advocating for stronger families and communities.
Our Family Education and Support Program include monthly parent education classes with an Early Childhood Parent Educator; a speech-language series in partnership with UMD; and BLISS (Balancing Life In Simple Steps) a family health and wellness project. In addition to our YMCA Little Treasures programming, we also connect families to community resources and make referrals for supportive services, assist parents in acquiring basic needs assistance, and advocate for parents when needed.
