Build your speed, power, and endurance during the indoor season with Cycle Camp at the Y.  Jen Martinsen is back managing the crew with IMPROVED TESTING, NEW WORKOUTS, and an INCREASED OVERALL EXPERIENCE for all involved.

Cycle Camp meets twice weekly: once for a short ride (focused on pedal cadence and power) and once for a long endurance ride.  All workouts are individualized for you based on initial testing benchmarks.  The program is broken down into two sequential sessions, allowing for scheduling flexibility and a tailored approach to your training.  Ride inside during the coldest months of the year and build your base for the upcoming outdoor season!


  • Winter Session I: January 13th - February 23rd, 2020
  • Winter Session II: February 24th - April 5th, 2020
  • Spring Session (weather dependent): April 6th - May 17th, 2020

Short Ride Option: Pick One 

  • Wednesdays at 5pm
  • Independent Ride
  • More options added if necessary! 

Long Ride Options: Pick One 

  • Saturdays at 7:30am
  • Sundays at 9:30am
  • Independent Ride

NOTE: Participants must register for both a short and long ride option.  Want to participate in the long rides but can’t make the short ride?  Choose the Independent Ride option to workout on your own!
