Yoga
The Y offers four different Yoga classes; Rise and Shine Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Hatha Yoga, and Gentle Yoga. Beginners are welcome as well as experienced yogis!
Qigong
The practice of rhythmic breathing, posture, and mental focus, using movement and sounds. Qigong teaches you to focus enough to feel your Chi moving throughout your body!
