CORE CIRCUIT

Get ready for your hear to pound and muscles to burn! This circuit workout is designed to build strength through body weight exercises from head to toe!

Equipment

Some sort of light and moderate weight (dumbbells, caned goods, etc)

 

Instructions

Complete each exercise for the prescribed amount of time, rest, and move on to the next exercise. Once you've completed each exercise in the circuit, repeat it 2-3 more times before moving on to the next ciruit.

 

Time interval

Start with 20 seconds on, 30 seconds off. Advance to 45 on, 15 off.

 

Circuit 1
  • Side Dips
  • Windmill
  • Standing Torso Twist

Repeat 2-3 times

 

Circuit 2
  • Bicycles
  • Half Crunch
  • Glute Bridge 

Repeat 2-3 times

 

Cicuit 3
  • Plank
  • Superman
  • Body Saws

Repeat 2-3 times
