Sports Prep Strength and Conditioning is a progressive strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 years old athletes looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport. This program will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Athletes will meet with a certified personal trainer, Brad Anderson, two times per week for hour-long workouts focused on teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, and flexibility. We aim to create an all-around athlete that will excel at any sport or physical task that is thrown their way.
Winter Session I Dates: January 13th – February 22nd
Winter Session II Dates: February 24th – April 4th
