Y-FIT Small Group Training is a progressive workout program customized to fit each participant’s individual needs and designed to create results for all! Experience the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer, while enjoying the fun and community of a group. Y-FIT Small Group Training participants will meet with their trainer two times per week for hour-long workouts focused on muscular strength and endurance, metabolic conditioning, and functional movement. The program includes both pre and post-assessments to ensure progress is tracked and results are achieved! 

 

Winter Session I Dates: January 13th – February 22nd

Winter Session II Dates: February 24th – April 4th

·         Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 A.M. - 7:00 A.M.

·         Mondays and Wednesd11:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.

Pricing: $120 members; $240 community
