TRX GROUP SUSPENSION: TRX Group Suspension is a 6 week progressive group training program that will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Throughout the six weeks, exercises and workouts will become more advanced as you continue to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. TRX Group Suspension is for all ability levels* and will help you to move better, feel better, and live better.

TRX BASICS: TRX Basics will teach the basic skills needed to effectively and safely use the TRX Suspension Trainer. During this 6-week session you will learn proper set up, basic TRX exercises as well as ways to increase or decrease the intensity of each move.
