Women on Weights 2021

Women on weights is a progressive program that follows a 6 week plan designed for women who want to become comfortable with weight lifting, and become stronger and more confident. This class is led by certified personal trainer, Alyssa Zelm.

Winter 1 Session: February 4th - February 25th (This will be a 4 week plan because of the late start with programming)

Meeting Time: Thursdays from 4-5pm in the Wellness Center or 3rd floor studio depending on group size
Pricing: $30 Members $60 community

TRX Group Suspension 2021

TRX GROUP SUSPENSION: TRX Group Suspension is a 6 week progressive group training program that will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Throughout the six weeks, exercises and workouts will become more advanced as you continue to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. TRX Group Suspension is for all ability levels* and will help you to move better, feel better, and live better! 

Spring Session Dates: 

- Tuesdays: April 6th - May 11th

- Thursdays: April 8th - May 13th

Sports Prep Teen Strength & Conditioning

Sports Prep Strength and Conditioning is a progressive strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 years old athletes looking to get the edge over the competition in their chosen sport. This program will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Athletes will meet with a certified personal trainer, Brad Anderson, two times per week for hour-long workouts focused on teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, and flexibility. We aim to create an all-around athlete that will excel at any sport or physical task that is thrown their way.

Y-FIT Small Group Training 2021

Y-FIT Small Group Training is a progressive workout program customized to fit each participant’s individual needs and designed to create results for all! Experience the benefits of working with a certified personal trainer, while enjoying the fun and community of a group. Y-FIT Small Group Training participants will meet with their trainer two times per week for hour-long workouts focused on muscular strength and endurance, metabolic conditioning, and functional movement. The program includes both pre and post-assessments to ensure progress is tracked and results are achieved! 

Winter 1 Session Dates: February 1st - February 24th

Days & Times:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays 11:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.

Pricing: $80 members; $160 community

Raise the Bar- Teen Strength and Conditioning

For (Grades 6-12) January 12th-February 18th

This is a structured program with two workouts per week designed by Certified Personal Trainers.  All workouts are created to build healthy habits, gain strength, and increase endurance for life. We are here to help you with form, become more agile, and set new PRs!

Y Member: $72 | Community: $144
