Aerobic & Strength

Active Together is a simple athletic program drawing from all four elements of fitness; cardio, strength, balance & flexibility. This class is great for those new to exercise and for the busy and fit who need to get it all in one class!

This is a cardio indoor bike workout using a variety of multi-level workouts with speed drills, hills and intervals on Keiser M3+ bikes, the best bike in the industry.

Defend Together burns calories & builds total body strength. Mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to maximize your cardio fitness. This is a high energy experience and 60 mins of fun!

ForeverWell Combo

Locations: Woodland     Gary New Duluth   Essentia Wellness Center

Class is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardio endurance.  The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance strength training with plenty of friendly fun.


Locations: Downtown

Class offers Full body workout focused on strength and core fitness using hand weights, BOSU, and floor mat. Build fitness by meeting a challenge of 45 minutes of continuous strength exercises with balance, flexibility, and body weight activities integrated throughout Workout.

Strength Train Together combines traditional strength exercises with functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. The class uses an adjustable barbell, weighted plates & body weight along with dynamic & motivational music to make you sweat & take you to your personal best!

This workout offers an opportunity to target muscular conditioning, low impact movements to target cardio conditioning, balance and flexibility using hand weights, resistance tubing, a small ball. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Full body strength and resistance training for a whole body workout that will keep you strong and fit.

This is a hybrid training style including both building strength and Improving your cardio. You will be working with resistance bands, dumbbells, and other equipment to help build strength, while teaching proper form, and challenging you with intervals of different bodyweight exercises to increase your endurance! 

TRX Suspension

Location: Downtown

TRX Suspension training is a total body workout that will push you to a new level of strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability using the TRX suspension trainer and your own body weight.

Water creates a unique environment for improving muscular and cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). This workout uses shallow and deep water, music and is open to all levels.

Zumba for the young at heart, combines fitness and dance moves choreographed to lively Latin and other world music for a total  body workout.  No dance ability or background is needed and routines can be adapted to any fitness level. Ages 6 and older

Gentle Yoga

Locations: Essentia Wellness Center

Focuses on slow stretches, flexibility, and deep breathing to help reduce stress.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Locations: Cook County

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
