Start Time: 7:00 am

FORMAT

• The entire race is 60 minutes long with 15 minutes of transition time.
• We will be using a pace setter method to determine finish times and winners.
• Participants complete a 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike and a 20 minute run.
• Participant who covers the farthest distance in each event will set the pace for all participants. Finishing times for each event will be calculated based on the pace setter distance. Individuals with the overall fastest times will be declared the winners.

TRANSITIONS

• Each wave will have a 10 minute transition between the swim and bike leg.
• There will be a 5 minute transition between the bike and run.

BIKE AND RUN

•Bike will take place on the group cycling spin bikes. Male athletes must keep the resistance at gear 14, Female athletes at gear 12.
• The run can take place in the wellness center or the third level track.

WAVES

• Maximum of 10 people per wave (max of 6 waves)
• You will receive an email with your wave number. Each wave will begin with an opportunity to warm-up in the pool prior to the actual start time.

AWARDS

• The overall top 3 male and female finishers receive awards.

AGES: 18 and older
