With One-on-One Personal Training, it’s all about you.

Workouts are custom designed for you with attainable, challenging short and long-term goals. Motivational coaching focuses on exercise technique, consistency nutrition and healthy living. We’ll help you identify goals and limitations, then suggest a plan toward improved health, fitness or performance – all based on your discussion.

All Duluth YMCA members receive one FREE personal training trial session.

New clients receive 10% off of their first 3 or 6 session package. Valid one time only

STEP #1: FILL IN TRAINING FORM

Download the form here or pick one up at the Member Service Desk or Wellness Center Office. Return it in person or email an attachment to Jonny at jkasper@duluthymca.org once it's complete and all waivers are signed.

STEP #2: FIND PACKAGES

Choose the package that will help you best reach your goals. The first consultation is free with a YMCA membership!

A YMCA Personal Trainer will be matched with you based on the information provided in your packet. The Personal Trainer will call you to set up your appointment.

Buddy and Small Group Training is great for those who wish to accomplish a common goal!

Buddy training helps keep individuals accountable and on track of their training. Groups can also specialize on certain types of training such as Kettlebells, TRX, and plyometric training.
