Brad Anderson, NETA CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER


Bachelor of Science in Education, with experience in college and high school coaching, and a background as a former professional baseball player.

Brad seeks to offer a non-intimidating approach to achieving fitness goals. He enjoys working with individuals of all fitness levels, from newcomers to athletes at the peak of their game. In his spare time, he relishes playing any sport with his three children, skijoring/running with his Siberian Husky, training for triathlons, and spending time with his wife.

SPECIALTIES: Triathlon training, sport-specific training, general strength training.

 

Caro Shull, ISSA CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER


Caro graduated with her Master's in Physiology from Georgetown University and is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer. She is also the founder of the DRC marathon training group. Some of Caro’s significant accomplishments include completing over 40 marathons, 12 Ironman Distance Triathlons, and holding the course record for the Levi Canada Double Ironman.

SPECIALTIES: Kettlebell Training, TRX, Marathon Training, General Health & Wellness.

 

Phillip Allen, ACE CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER


Philip inspires confidence and positive attitudes by working with anyone to improve their functional skills. Philip has competed in many powerlifting events and played football/ran track at the college level. Now, Philip does what he can to teach others what he has learned with all his training experience and reach out to those in need in the community. Philip is an ACE certified personal trainer and a certified Silver Sneaker instructor.

SPECIALTIES: Training individuals with special needs, powerlifting, and working with seniors.

Jonathan Attia, ACSM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER


Jonathan holds a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, a Masters in Strength and Conditioning from UW-River Falls, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The College of St. Scholastica. He is a competitive Olympic weightlifter and enjoys anything gym-related, as well as outdoor activities that elevate his heart rate, particularly wakeboarding in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.

SPECIALTIES: Level 1 Certified Olympic weightlifting coach, strength and conditioning coach, and fitness specialist.
