Core & More - This class uses a variety of methods to strengthen your core, challenge your full body, and increase your heart rate!
Cycle - Build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance and burn calories in the multi-level workout. Get ready to be challenged with a ride that will include interval training, hill climbs, and speed work.
Gentle Yoga - Focuses on slow stretches, flexibility, and deep breathing to help reduce stress.
SilverSneakers - Experience standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill.
Step & Strength- This class is great for exercisers of all levels who are looking to get a full body, heart pumping workout all in just 45 minutes! You'll use a combination of the step and weights.
Total Body Condition- Full body strength and resistance training for a total body workout that will keep you strong and fit.
*If a class is cancelled, the video to the corresponding stream will be removed from the list of live streams to notify everyone that the instructor is unable to hold a class at that time.
